Last updated: May 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShadeGPT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShadeGPT is an AI-powered conversational assistant with cybersecurity-oriented features. The Service may provide access to hosted or user-configured AI models, file analysis, code execution, web search, network and domain reconnaissance tools, vulnerability research tools, artifact rendering, and related workflows. The Service is provided for lawful research, defensive security, development, education, and productivity purposes.

3. User Accounts

You may register for an account using email/password or through third-party authentication providers (Google, GitHub, Discord). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Authorized Security Use

You may use the Service's security, scanning, reconnaissance, vulnerability research, sandbox, and analysis features only on systems, networks, accounts, files, and data that you own or are expressly authorized to test. You are responsible for obtaining all required permissions before using these features and for complying with applicable laws, contracts, bug bounty rules, workplace policies, and third-party service terms.

The Service does not grant you permission to scan, test, access, disrupt, or collect information from any third-party system. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs from the Service.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Scan, probe, exploit, or access systems without authorization
  • Distribute spam, malware, credential theft tools, or malicious content
  • Generate, modify, deploy, or operate malware or phishing campaigns
  • Steal, harvest, validate, or misuse credentials, tokens, cookies, or personal data
  • Bypass rate limits, access controls, abuse controls, or security measures
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service to harm, threaten, or harass others
  • Interfere with or disrupt networks, systems, services, or infrastructure
  • Use the Service in a way that creates excessive load, abuse complaints, or legal risk for the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts, restrict tool access, remove content, preserve relevant records, and investigate activity that we believe may violate these Terms, create security risk, or expose the Service or others to harm.

6. Content and AI Outputs

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, process, and display your prompts, conversation history, uploaded files, images, tool outputs, generated artifacts, and related metadata as needed to provide, secure, operate, and improve the Service.

AI-generated responses, security findings, vulnerability information, code, reports, and tool outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, outdated, or unsuitable for your environment. You are responsible for independently reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them or taking action.

7. Plans and Access Limits

The Service may offer different plans, usage limits, model access, tool access, or feature limits. We may change, suspend, or discontinue plans, limits, models, tools, or features at any time. If paid billing is made available, additional payment terms may apply at checkout or through the applicable payment provider.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content, security finding, scan result, file analysis, generated code, or third-party information. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available with any particular model, provider, tool, or feature. Use of the Service and reliance on any information obtained through it is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShadeGPT and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

10. Abuse Reports

If you believe the Service is being used for abuse, unauthorized scanning, harassment, credential theft, malware, or other harmful activity, please report it to abuse@mail.shadegpt.app. Include relevant details such as account identifiers, timestamps, URLs, messages, logs, or affected systems where appropriate.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date accordingly.
